About the role

As a UI Designer, your mission will be the development of Crehana’s interfaces, facilitating the interaction among students, professors, mentors, and staff. You will also guide, defy and teach the team, with the objective of generating a constant learning and growth environment.

If you are looking a professional challenge that will test your knowledge and abilities every day, this role is for you!

You will be able to:

  • Optimize, plan, and implement new interface designs.
  • Create prototypes for new or better versions of interfaces.
  • Create and be part of the user tests.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their objectives.
  • Capability to make User research with the team.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Product and Tech team to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to understand the effect of new design ideas.

You should have:

  • At least 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer for websites, platforms, and/or digital products.
  • Knowledge around atomic design, design systems, material design, and human interface.
  • Familiarity with component construction, global styles and inherited styles.
  • Proficiency in the use of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Experience with validation and prototyping tools such as Invision, Marvel, etc.
  • Understanding around color schemes, shadows, fonts and font resizing for web and mobile.
  • Knowledge around data collecting and metric tools, such as Google Analytics, Mix Panel, Clicky, Maze.

Good to have (but not required!)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
