We are looking for a Country Launcher to kickstart Innovamat's business in Colombia. This is both a very hands-on and strategic role that involves being able to find the first power schools as well as building a strategy and a top-performing team.
The position involves defining the right go-to-market strategy, acquiring the first customers (schools) and ensuring that these customers are successful with Innovamat.
The Country Launcher is accountable for local operations, and building a healthy business in the region in alignment with Innovamat's culture.
This person will work hand-in-hand with the Barcelona teams (Operations, Product, General Management etc.) to find the recipe for success.
The position can be based in Barcelona for the first months but, once the proof of concept is reached, the Country Launcher will then relocate in the country and open a local office.
